Please note our pick-up service is scheduled weekly, and therefore, only Mondays are available on the calendar. Upon receiving your booking, our logistics team will arrange the delivery truck routes, and you will receive notice of the day our team will arrive to pick up your BBQ. It is not necessary for anyone to be home during pick-up and drop-off as long as the BBQ is accessible. It typically takes 3-5 business days for your BBQ to be returned after pick-up.
